The Story

So the story links back to the Whimsy bottles/Gods in a bottle from the Crompton Verney museum.

The girl is stuck in this world inside a bottle (hence the use of the fish eye Lens to show that 'we'  the audience is watching her from the outside of the bottle. 
The bottle is very old, hence the monochrome effects and everything is old and out dated. Also everything inside is broken  because the bottle has been collecting dust and has rolled around a few times when its been moved about.
The girl cannot escape out of it and ends up committing suicide as she can't go on in this tiny lonely world.
